🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy (For Custom Products)

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind

    • Custom products are made-to-order based on each customer's request.
      Therefore, refunds or exchanges are not accepted due to
      change of mind, order mistakes, or image/text changes.

    • Please make sure to double-check your image and message before placing your order.

       

  2. Defective or Damaged Items

    • We offer a full refund or free remake in the following cases:
      ▫ The product arrives severely damaged
      ▫ Other clear production errors

    • If you experience any of the above, please contact us
      within 2 days of receiving the item and include clear photos of the issue.

       

  3. Shipping Damage

    • While we take great care in secure packaging,
      some damages may occur during delivery.
      If your item arrives damaged, please send us photos of both
      the product and the packaging so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the courier.
