Font Options: You can choose from our default font selection. Custom fonts are not supported.
Text Color Customization: The text color is customizable. If you have a specific color in mind, please provide the RGB code.
Production & Shipping Time: Production and shipping usually take 3 to 7 business days, but delays may occur depending on order volume due to the custom nature of the product.
Exchange & Refund Policy: Due to the nature of custom-made products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. However, if the product is defective or does not match your order, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item for an exchange or refund.
