Q. Where should I send my photo?
A. You can upload your photo during the order process using the upload button.
If you forgot, feel free to send it to us via Instagram DM with your name and order info.

Q. For photo booth (4-cut) images, which frame is used?
A. Unless it's a full-strip design, we use only one frame from your photo.
Please let us know your preferred frame number (1st to 4th) in the order notes.
If not specified, we’ll choose the one that fits the design best.

Q. Can I preview the custom design before it’s made?
A. Yes, you can! Just send us a DM on Instagram with your order number, and we’ll send you a preview.
Please note that once production has started or the item is completed, revisions are no longer possible — so be sure to reach out early!

Q. Which phone models are supported?
A. Currently, we support iPhone 15, 15 Pro, 16, and 16 Pro only.
We’re working on expanding support to more models soon!

Q. How long does production and shipping take?
A. Production usually takes 1–3 business days after design confirmation.
Shipping may take up to 5 days, depending on your location.
