Membership registration
You can sign up as a member by agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and completing the required registration form under the [Sign Up] Menu.
Once registered, you will have immediate and free access to our services.
As a member, you won't need to re-enter your personal information for every order.
You'll also be eligible to participate in group purchases, special events, and auctions at any time.
Members can enjoy exclusive access to promotions, discounts, and other special offers.
How to place an order
Placing an order is easy and follows these simple steps:
- Step1: Browse and search for products
- Step2: Add desired items to your cart
- Step3: Log in with your member ID or proceed as a guest
- Step4: Fill out the order form and upload your photo
- Step5: Select a payment method and complete the payment
- Step6: Order confirmation screen with your order number
If you place an order as a guest, please make sure to note down your order number and approval number (for card payments) shown on the confirmation screen in step 6.
If you're a registered member, this information is automatically saved in your account, so there's no need to keep a separate record.
Payment information
For high-value transactions, your credit card company may contact you for verification to ensure security.
If the order is deemed suspicious - such as use of stolen card or an order placed under someone else's name - your order may be put on hold or canceled without notice.
For bank transfer payments, you may complete your payment through PC banking, mobile banking, or by visiting your nearest bank in person.
Please ensure that the name of the depositor matches the name entered during the order process.
Payment must be made within 7 days of placing your order.
Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after this period.

Exchange & Return Policy
◼︎ When Exchanges or Returns Are Accepted
- If the product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may request an exchange or return.
- Refunds will not be processed unilaterally. The item must be returned to complete the process
◼︎ When exchanges or returns are not accepted
- If the item is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility
- If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption
- If the product's value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult
- If the packaging of reproducible goods (e.g., digital items) has been opened
- If the product is custom-made or made-to-order, and the buyer has agreed in advance that cancellation may result in irrecoverable loss for the seller
- If digital content has already been provided (for divisible digital goods/services, any unused portion may still be canceled)
※ If you simply change your mind (e.g., requesting a different color or size), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned item is confirmed.
if you paid by credit card, the transaction will be canceled so that the amount is not charged to your account.
(However, depending on your billing date, the charge may still appear temporarily. In that case, the refund will be processed by your credit card company on your next billing cycle.)
